Refund Policy – Oud Al Saudia

At Oud Al Saudia, we are committed to providing high-quality perfumes, attars, and fragrance products. Due to the nature of our products, the following refund policy applies.

1. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on perfumes, attar oils, or any fragrance products once the order has been placed and delivered.

This policy is in place due to:

  • Hygiene and safety reasons

  • The sensitive nature of fragrance products

  • Risk of product contamination after opening

2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

a) Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the damage

b) Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

3. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method (if applicable)

The decision will be made at our sole discretion after reviewing the claim.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference (e.g., scent not liked)

  • Opened or used products

  • Minor packaging variations or color differences

  • Orders with incorrect details provided by the customer

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
